Big Modern House 2

Hey!

I have decided to update a lot of mine… Big Modern House.  It was my biggest hit with the most downloads so I decided to change just a few things to it!  The old version will still be available also, but this new one has just minor changes. When I put Big Modern House 2 on this site I will include the new pictures of the changes only.  These are only little changes like new cabinets and counters, wall color, and flooring in spots, landscaping, etc.  So like I said they are very little changes. The original will also still be available for downloads for if you like it more.

New Condo On The Way

Hi!! My newest house is on the way……except as a condo. (kinda).  What I mean by kinda is that its not 2 condos just one in the shape of a condo. (if that makes any since?) This condo is very modernly decorated. It has 2 bedrooms 2 bath and a private balcony with built in grill.  Also included in the balcony is a table and chairs.  The master bedroom has its own bath (as most should) and included in it is 2 sinks and a big counter, toilet (of course), shower, and tub.  The other bedroom is set up as a guest bedroom.  This condo is 2 storys for actually living quarters but in the garage is a workout room.  Like I said before this condo is set up exactly like a regular condo in that you have to go in the front door up the stairs through a hallway and there is the door to this condo there is only one condo on this lot unlike most condos have condo buildings where multiple are but that wouoldnt really work for the sims so there is only one condo on this lot.

New Expansion Pack Info Released

In case you didn’t know Sims 3 has released info to the new expansion pack – Late Night Expansion.  The add-on will include an active downtown scene where players can become a local celebrity, member of a music band, mixologist, director, and more. You can also apparently become a vampire, but if the announcement trailer past the break is any indication, you’ll just loiter around a lot of alleys. We imagine it’s kinda like being a teenager … forever.

Hey!

This is where I am going to put my Sims 3 designs.
